The Spring semester is starting off with a bang! Earlier this week, CU partnered with the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce to host Jessica Stollings and our very own Dr. Karah Sprouse for the launch of their new book, ReGenerate, which focuses on intergenerational communication. This dynamic pair unpacked their blueprint for how we can overcome generational differences together.

Stollings and Sprouse, co-founders of the organization ReGenerate, draw on more than 20 years of combined experience and award-winning research to move beyond stereotypes and elevate the real voices of today’s six-generation workforce. Their book explores how communication breakdowns occur across generations—from Traditionalists to Gen Alpha—and provides a practical seven-step framework for transforming frustration into understanding and conflict into opportunity.
