Michael Ferrara ’26, a mechanical engineering major from Ringoes, New Jersey, always knew he was meant to serve. Attending open house on post made it clear that VMI would help him achieve that goal - and so much more.
From learning to work as a team toward a common goal and developing confidence in himself as a speaker and leader, to forming bonds with his brother rats and alumni, Michael saw the benefits of choosing No Ordinary College.
“I will leave with a degree that carries real value because of the honor code behind it, along with work ethic and communication skills that set VMI graduates apart.
