There is bad weather expected all across Kentucky. Remember these tips for food safety if your electric service is interrupted.

If your electricity is or has been off, follow these food safety guidelines from the CDC.

Remember, perishable foods such as meat, seafood, milk and eggs that are not kept adequately refrigerated or frozen may cause illness when consumed, even if they are thoroughly cooked.
