Lane Basketball Camps are right around the corner and it is never too young to start hoopin’! Spots are filling up quickly in all our individual improvement camps.

We currently are accepting registration for all of our summer basketball programs. Our new suite style dorm rooms with Tempur-Pedic mattresses & our new dining hall are awesome! The Beck Arena is BIG TIME!

Coach Lane went to his 1st basketball camp at Transylvania University when he was five years old. Not sure why the picture was in black/white back then 🤷‍♂️.

Fast forward 50 years to his summer day camp this week and he still has the same seat, on the same steps, at the same college. He says “I am lucky to get to do what I love!” Transy HOFer Coach Ron Whitson’s grandson is front and center!

Registration is now open for the 2022 Brian Lane Basketball Camp. All camps will be held at Transylvania University in downtown Lexington, KY. Whether you have a son that is just learning to play basketball or is an experienced player looking to get even better, we have a camp that will fit them. Your camper will love the personal interaction with our Transylvania Basketball players and coaches. They work hard to make this one of the best camp in the country year in and year out.

If a great staff isn’t enough, we also have some of the best summer camp facilities in the country. Transylvania’s new suite-style dorms and dining hall are amazing! The Beck Center is a first class facility with 12 baskets under one roof.

Our SOLD OUT Nike Shooting Camp has been a blast with my top notch Transylvania players’ energy and teaching being the KEY. Campers travelled from 9 states to improve their skills this week. Our Nike Guard & Perimeter Camp starts tomorrow at 5 pm. We only have 15 opening left! Choose the day camp option that ends at 8 pm or spend two nights in our new new residence hall. The last camp of the summer is our middle school overnight/extended day camp July 11-14. We still have opening for teams and individuals. These campers are showing great improvement and having a ton of fun at the same time.

Former basketball campers from Coach Ron Bevar’s North Hardin days were back at Transy this week at our team camp. Loved hearing the stories about old McAlister from Lane Basketball Camp alums. Don Lane “aka 509” loved it!
