New Staff Spotlight: Carter Galentine

We are pleased to welcome Carter Galentine to our music faculty, where he will teach Song Leading.

Bro. Galentine brings more than four decades of practical ministry experience to the classroom. For 46 years, he served in Virginia, primarily as Music Director, while also serving in youth, bus, soul winning, nursing home, and teaching ministries. A gifted musician, vocalist, and songwriter, he brings both musical ability and a lifetime of faithful local-church service.

Since 2024, Brother Galentine and his wife, Paula, have been active members of Clays Mill Baptist Church. They have been married for 47 years and have been blessed with two children, ten grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

We are grateful for the opportunity our students will have to learn from a seasoned, balanced Christian gentleman whose instruction has been shaped not only by years of experience, but by a lifetime of serving the Lord and His church.

Five rivals must be resisted: lazy critics, lukewarm churches, loud Calvinists, lullaby Christians, and leaning clergy.
