Just in CASE you haven't heard, CPHS was recently recognized by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education's annual Circle of Excellence awards! 🌟

The "Note in the Coat" campaign earned a Silver award in the targeted Campaigns & Appeals category. The campaign's goal was to have alums sponsor incoming pharmacy students' white coats that would also include an encouraging note from them.

Due to Campbell's outstanding performance, we brought home a win against 4,021 entries submitted from 583 institutions and more than 27 countries. We are ! 🐪

We love to see Camels unite! In preparation of the health fair that took place at the Coharie Tribal Center in Clinton, NC, on Saturday, April 29, Jennifer Holley (’18 MPAP), PA-C and Regional Chapter President for NCAPA, reached out to local businesses in an effort to gather items for the current didactic class of Campbell PA students to use during the fair.

One of those who helped donate supplies was Freddy Adams (’99 PharmD) with Southeast Family Pharmacy in Goldsboro. He donated a talking blood glucose meter with enough supplies to check 200 individuals’ glucose level. We are definitely of these two Camels! 🧡🐪

🥼🧬📓🧪 Do you personally know any rising 9th to 12th Graders? If so, the Campbell University Discovery Day is the perfect program for them! Discovery Day is an interactive workshop for students to explore careers in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, clinical research, nursing, public health, and physical therapy. 🥼🧬📓🧪

There is currently two Discovery Days available (June 21 & July 12). The cost is $45 (non-refundable) per individual. Click the link in below to register for the date of your choosing!

Discovery Day is an interactive workshop for rising 9th -12th graders to explore pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, clinical research and nursing fields.

Congratulations to Ryan Swanson ('08 PharmD) on winning the 2023 Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) Residency Director/Preceptor Award. Per AMCP's website, this award was established in 2017 to recognize an AMCP member making a significant contribution to managed care pharmacy by being a managed care residency program director or preceptor. We are ! 🐪✨
