I would personally like to thank all of OSU Lima staff and students for such an amazing year. Our university has reached great heights over this past year and the amount of community service that took place on the behalf of our college students was absolutly remarkable. By saying this, I conclude that we must all remain active minds deep within our education. We must remain eager to "go the extra mile" and never forget the importance of lending a helping hand to one in need. Thank you all for the opportunity to serve as your Senate President and I wish the best upon each and every one of you. Thank you and God Bless

It is vital for our group, who works directly with the Lima Dean and Director, to meet with the candidates for this position. Come to a causal event and meet 1 of the 3 TODAY in the Commons (basement of Galvin) from 3:30-4:15 with free food!

THREE IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE THE END OF THE SEMESTER SMACKS YOU:

1. VOTE FOR STUDENT SENATE PRESIDENT! by going to http://lima.osu.edu/students/senate/studentsenate.php - the polls close tomorrow.

2. Our group is working with career services in hosting the "Start Smart" wage negotiation workshop. THIS IS VITAL for any individual, so please plan on attending Monday, April 14. It will be from 1-3, but come between classes if possible. There will be free food. Bring a friend! RSVP is encourage at [email protected].

3. Plan on attending at least one of the three "Meet the Candidate" sessions - this is a very rare opportunity and your input is significant in selecting the newest Dean and Director and Ohio State Lima. Bring a friend! The dates below will all be held at 3:30-4:15 in the Commons.

◦ Monday, April 21 (last day of classes)
◦ Tuesday, April 22 (reading day - everyone should be available!!!)

Spring is in the air! It's time to prep the campus wide effort to create a Lima Campus Community Garden!

Join students, faculty and staff THIS Saturday, April 5 as we collect rocks for the Community Garden. We will meet in front of Galvin Hall at 1:00 and depart for the Duff Quarry in Bellefontaine, Ohio.
