Cultivate ACCESS is an innovative program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln that helps connect current high school freshmen, sophomores and junior students with mentors (via distance) to help them discover and find a place for themselves within the agriculture and natural resources industry. The program is designed to help Nebraska students from diverse backgrounds and who have a particular in

terest/aptitude in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) and agriculture-related areas to discover career path possibilities and network with current industry professionals and university students.

OPPORTUNITY for high school Ag/Science educators: Our team is currently recruiting a group of CHS Diversity & Inclusion Fellows! Funded through CHS Foundation, a group of 10 high school Agriculture/Science educators will be selected as Fellows and form a community of practice online. Please see attached flyer for more information about learning outcomes, incentive and requirements for application. Applications are due February 22, 2021.
