LGBTQA Resource Center at UNL

LGBTQA Resource Center at UNL Come up to the 3rd floor of the Nebraska Union to get resources, referrals, or to just hang out!

The LGBTQA+ Center and the Women's Center comprise two centers working with gender, sexuality, and social justice at UNL. We are part of the Division of Student Affairs in the area of Student Life & Leadership. The Center is a welcoming environment that provides an inclusive space for people of all sexual orientations, gender identities and expression. We strive to create a center and campus clima

te that is welcoming and inclusive for people of all orientations and identities. We hope to move beyond safe and inclusive spaces to brave spaces, where people are comfortable enough to have respectful conversations about challenging topics! The LGBTQA Center Professional Staff:
Pat Tetreault, Ph.D., Director LGBTQA+ & Women's Centers

JD McCown, Assistant Director, LGBTQA+ Center

Derrick Gulley, Program Coordinator, LGBTQA+ & Women's Centers

Because of this, June 19th has become a symbolic date representing the freedom of enslaved peoples.
