Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic The E-Clinic at Nebraska Law represents startup businesses on a variety of early-stage legal issues.

The Weibilng Entrepreneurship Clinic, a program of the University of Nebraska College of Law, opened in January 2013 to serve students and clients. The Cline Williams Director of the Clinic, Professor Brett Stohs, supervises 8 Student Attorneys, who provide legal counsel and representation to local Nebraska startup businesses. Students have the opportunity to take the Clinic as a capstone class th

eir third year of law school and get a taste of real world transactional law. They participate in boot camp sessions before meeting with any clients, and are then given primary responsibility to provide for their client's legal needs. Throughout the semester students also engage with the Lincoln startup community, and prepare and deliver an educational presentation on one or more relevant legal topics.
