Yesterday’s Around the Kitchen Table snack 🍅
Crispy parmesan tomato crisps was the goal, but part of experimenting with new recipes and cooking techniques is figuring out what works best! We used an oven which yielded more of a mini pizza snack rather than a “crisp”. But hey, no complaints here 🍕
Have access to a dehydrator? That might give you more of that “crisp” factor in less time. Sometimes you just have to work with what you have! Happy experimenting!
