As we approach the 2026 UNL Livestock Judging Golf Outing, we’re proud to recognize 2025 team members who built their foundation through this program and continue to make an impact in the livestock industry.

Support from this event directly fuels opportunities for students like Dalton Williams—helping develop leaders, competitors, and professionals who carry on the legacy of excellence.

If you believe in building the next generation of the livestock industry, we invite you to be part of it. The event takes place on April 10th at the Highlands Golf Course in Lincoln, NE. The team is currently accepting sponsor donations that go directly to future students who compete on the team.

Event details can be found at:

Dalton Williams is from Grantsville, Utah and is majoring in Agricultural Economics with a minor in Animal Science. Dalton grew up raising and showing swine from a young age, which helped him develop a passion for the livestock industry. As a member of the livestock judging team, he has developed strong evaluation skills, industry knowledge, and lifelong friendships. Being part of the judging team has helped him grow personally and professionally while allowing him to represent his school across the country.

After graduating, Dalton plans to move back to Utah and help run his family’s show pig operation while pursuing a career in the agricultural industry, with interests in livestock production, the feed industry, agricultural banking and agricultural business management. Dalton is grateful for the opportunities and experiences that livestock judging has provided and for the mentors and teammates who made the experience meaningful.
