Bryce hand forged all our grilling and smoking tools this year! Here we are putting on finishing touches by adding a decorative twist. Then the tools were heated up and finished with natural beeswax for a no rust finish. State Technical College of Missouri

Hog roast competition starts tomorrow and things are in full swing here in State Tech- Welding. The guys designed a new grill/smoker hybrid so they can grill their snacks and smoke their hog at the same time State Technical College of Missouri

What is the great thing about a hog roast when you are the welding program... we make everything. We are putting the finishing touches on the first smoker we built, and we are building a brand new smoker that attaches to a grill. We are also hand forging all our own utensils, and grilling tools!
