As we continue to recognize the importance of Sigma Wellness, we made it a priority to invest in our health by patronizing APC Fitness and pushing ourselves through an intense HIT training session. This is just the beginning. Moving forward, this will become a MONTHLY initiative focused on strengthening our brothers' health and wellness.
