Phi Beta Lambda at Philander Smith College Phi Beta Lambda - Future Business Leaders of America Phi Beta Lambda is a professional business fraternity.

It is not just another student group- it gives members that opportunity to learn, travel, and grow as a business professional. Employers are looking for students with cutting-edge skills. PBL gives members the chance to gain these skills and prepares them for the real world after college. The purpose of this PBL chapter is to provide additional opportunities for college students to develop leaders

hip and other job related skills to take into a professional business setting. PBL is an integral part of the instructional program and in addition promotes a sense of civic and personal responsibility. It also integrates our social justice mission as it relates to business, on campus and the larger community in which this instituion resides.
