A walk down memory lane as we celebrate these amazing MSAT students who will be walking across the stage tonight and receiving their diplomas!! 🎉

We would like to congratulate each and every one of you for this AMAZING accomplishment! It has been a pleasure to watch all of you grow into the knowledgeable, independent clinicians you have become! Now it is time for spread your wings and put everything you have learned these last 2 years to good use! You’ve worked so hard for this moment, and should be proud of how far you’ve come!

Our students would not be the exceptional athletic trainers they are today without the guidance, mentorship, friendship, and dedication of such incredible preceptors that pave the way for us! Behind ever great amazing MSAT student is a preceptor who has made an everlasting impact!

Our 2026 Preceptor of Distinction is Philip Pieplow, ATC, from Lowndes County High School. Philip has created a very unique and invaluable clinical immersion site this spring for one of our MSAT graduates, Keirston Long!

We appreciate everything you have done and will continue to do for our students!! ❤️👏🏼🏆

We had such an amazing evening celebrating the graduating Athletic Training cohort class of 2026! We are beyond proud of all of the hard work that each and every one of you put in to get to this point. Out AT family wishes you all nothing but the best in this next chapter!!

Last night, SAAC representatives and 1st year MSAT students Chloe and Amiya, attended the TALONS Athletic Award Ceremony. They had the opportunity to present the Faculty of the Year Award to Professor Roun. Special shoutout to ATC and preceptor Demetri for winning Support Staff of the Year award! So amazing to see some more ways our MSAT students are involved around campus!

Congrats to our 1st year MSAT students on their participation in the Celebration of Scholarship today! Students presented research poster to staff, faculty, alumni, and community members! Poster topics consisted of various medical conditions such as Asthma, Eating Disorders, Female Athlete Triad, and MRSA!

Everyone did a great job presenting their research! 👏📖📋

And last but not least for our 2nd year highlights is Brett Zachman. Brett is from Eustis, Florida and is doing his immersive experience at the University of Delaware.

Brett is mostly working lacrosse with his preceptor Megan Smith. Brett did his undergrad at Lock Haven as well because of the faculty and support from the university.

Brett hopes to work at the division 1 level and provide the best care he can to his athletes after graduation. We hope Brett the best as he finishes his last few weeks of graduate school!

Big shout out to on of our amazing preceptors, Scott Devore, for coming in this morning and teaching our 1st year MSAT students all about custom dynamic splinting! Each student was able to create their own thumb and finger splints! Thank you Scott for taking time out of your busy schedule to come teach us! We are so excited to be able to put this new skill to use in our clinical settings! 🌟🤩👍🏼⛑️
