May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we at Penn State Extension know that farmers are under extreme stress due to the various factors affecting agriculture. It is important to encourage those who are struggling to reach out for help. The Farm Stress Team has compiled a list of resources for farmers and farm families who may be struggling:

📚 What You’ll Learn:
Participants work one‑on‑one with a Penn State Extension Nutrition Education Adviser through six interactive lessons covering healthy eating, smart grocery shopping, food prep, and food safety
