Dear USU Pre-Dental Club,

My name is Cooper Lynch, I am currently a first-year dental student at Roseman University College of Dental Medicine in South Jordan, Utah. I graduated from Utah State University in May of 2020, and I’m reaching out to inform you of two amazing programs the ASDA chapter at Roseman is offering this year.

The Roseman University ASDA Pre-Dental Committee will be hosting the first-ever Virtual Pre-Dental Day on December 12th and 13th, 2020. This is a great opportunity to learn more about Roseman as well as meet current students and faculty via zoom! Pre-dental students will get the chance to hear advice about admissions directly from the Dean, participate in virtual workshops, learn about Roseman’s philosophy, and practice answering mock interview questions. Another program our ASDA chapter is continuing this year is a mentorship program to match pre-dental students with current dental students at Roseman. Wednesday, October 16th, three USU alumni who are currently dental students at the University of Utah will be returning to Logan to talk about their experience in dental school and give helpful tips of how to get the most out of your USU experience to prepare you for success. The event will be at 7:30pm in Huntsman Hall room 226. Refreshments provided! Hope to see y'all there!

The Pre-Dental Club will be holding it's opening social this Wednesday evening at 7pm in Huntsman Hall #226.
The agenda includes upcoming events, how to be involved in the club, and open committee positions.
Also included: a guest speaker and Pizza!

Hey everyone! I thought this was kind of an interesting article to read. Science daily is a pretty fascinating website that contains current dental research and other dental related things! For those that are preparing for interviews, this could be a great resource for current dental issues that tends to sometimes be a question when interviewing!
