🚀 Thank you, !

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting engineers and recruiters from Vast for a tour of our rocket lab at CSULB! Our team at Long Beach Rocketry had the opportunity to showcase what we do and give a behind-the-scenes look at some of our past projects, along with our current rocket designs.

It was an incredible opportunity for our members to showcase all the hard work they’ve been putting in as we continue developing our rocket for NASA’s University Student Launch Initiative. Being able to host industry professionals from the aerospace field was an amazing experience and we appreciated their feedback as well as the engaging conversations we had

🚀 3... 2... 1... LIFTOFF!

Long Beach Rocketry is excited to announce that our team has officially been accepted to participate in the 2025-2026 NASA USLI competition! Our team is eager to represent California State University, Long Beach at this year’s competition and share our journey along the way.

In the coming weeks our team will be working on completing a Critical Design Report (CDR), which will comprehensively document every aspect of our rocket’s design to fulfill a key milestone for the competition. We will also proceed with hosting weekly subteam and general body meetings to keep everyone engaged and on track. 

We’re excited to see the incredible work our members will accomplish throughout the year as we strive toward launch day.
