If you were to visit the Alumni Office, you'd find copies of Covenant's yearbooks that we keep out for alumni to look at. The latest Tartan just came out (center photo). The other photos show yearbooks from 1976, 1986, 1996, 2006, and 2016. They are fun to look through!

Scots in Scotland Day 6: We stayed the night in the Highlands and spent the day enjoying the beauty of the mountains. We saw Glencoe and then took a boat tour of Loch Lomond. We’ve had a great trip and enjoyed our time together!

Scots in Scotland Days 4&5: On Sunday, we worshipped at St. Columba’s Free Church of Scotland, located on the Royal Mile. Today, we drove up to Stirling Castle where we learned the history of Scotland’s kings and queens. We then went to Perth where we visited St. John’s Kirk where John Knox preached a sermon that ignited the Scottish Reformation. We ended our day with a tour of the oldest distillery in Scotland.

Scots in Scotland Day 3: We were back in Edinburgh today, where we toured Greyfriars Kirk and learned more about the Covenanters. (A few of us may have searched the gravesites for names that inspired characters in a popular children’s book series 😊.) We also visited Edinburgh Theological Seminary where we learned about the Free Church of Scotland.

Scots in Scotland Day 2: today was a beautiful day to explore St Andrews. Along the drive there, we saw where Covenanters worshipped outdoors in the countryside of Scotland. In town, we saw the martyrs monument, the church where John Knox preached a sermon that ignited people to remove icons from churches, as well as locations where executions of Protestant leaders took place. (One spot we discovered beneath a parked car!) We toured St Andrews castle and the remains of the cathedral. And of course, we had to see the golf course!
