During her senior testimony, Jane Monahan '26 shared how the Lord used her time at Covenant to shape her understanding of friendship and belonging.

We're thankful for the way our students support one another and point each other to Christ.

For more than seventy years, Covenant College has stood unapologetically upon its heritage of faith, clinging to a firm foundation on the inerrant word of God. From its earliest days, the college has been deeply rooted in the Reformed tradition, shaping its academic life without ever sacrificing conviction for scholarship. The story of how the Lord built Covenant is one of vision, perseverance, and a steadfast bond with more than just a denomination, but with the body of Christ—the Church.

This semester, Margot Kapic '27, Michael Mawhinney '27, and Dr. Lance Wescher were awarded the Hatfield Prize from the Center for Public Justice.

Each year, the Hatfield Prize is given to three Christian student-faculty pairs who execute a research project and write a policy report based on their study. Their project focused on church-based transitional housing in the Chattanooga area. This fall, a policy report based on their study will be published by the CPJ.

Thank you to all of our donors who partnered with us during ScotsGive and the Partners Campaign. Together, 86 new donors helped unlock a total of $30,000 in matching gifts! We're still finalizing complete ScotsGive totals, but know that we are blown away by the generosity of our community.

We are deeply grateful for every gift, every prayer, every share, and every word of encouragement. This day is always a reminder that Covenant’s mission is strengthened through faithful partners who believe in what God is doing here.

For students at Covenant, community starts on the halls and extends through all of campus. For Matthew Fleetham '27, this has led to campus-wide friendships that have been vital to his development.

“Covenant has supported my development as a whole person by creating so many different environments that have been so vital to my development. I love how Covenant shapes its community starting with hall culture, which leads to building culture, and ends with campus-wide culture and community. Because of this, I have been able to get to know so many different people across campus, who have all had a greatly positive impact on my time at Covenant.”

Partner with us to help more students find this kind of community on Covenant's campus.
