Innovation alone isn't enough. Organizations also need leaders who understand the environmental, social, economic and operational challenges shaping the future of business.
In USC Dornsife's Master of Sustainability Management, students examine questions that many organizations are already facing:
- How can businesses adapt to climate-related risks while remaining competitive?
- What responsibilities do organizations have to employees, communities and other stakeholders?
- How can leaders measure and communicate the impact of sustainability initiatives?
Through coursework in sustainability strategy, climate change, sustainable finance, global supply chains and stakeholder engagement, students develop the knowledge needed to help organizations navigate complexity and identify opportunities for long-term value creation.
