Actually, we've got a whole lot going on!

New Classes that will excite the palate, inspire the mind, and feed the soul.

We will be offering classes in everything from Raw/Living Foods to the many uses and types of Olive Oils, and it's not going to stop there!!

We're in the process of putting our new class calendars together so please, be patient, keep checking in and, spread the word!

For CRISPER COLESLAW - toss a head of shredded cabbage with 1 Tbs. salt and let sit in colander for an hour. Squeeze out the excess moisture created from the "brining" and then continue with your slaw recipe. The cabbage will stay crips now after it's dressed.
