August 4, 2012 - So, we are now in the final two-week crunch to get this house renovation project completed. I can tell you that - at a minimum - the house will be available for move-in on August 20...as promised. There will be contractors crawling all over the place for the first week or two, finishing up on the fine points. But, we did achieve our impossible goal of being ready for Fall.

I have been doing hotel renovations and new construction for nearly 30 years and, trust me, what we pulled off here was pretty miraculous! Nobody does as much as we did in as little time. Both Jim Parker and Arsen Karamians...and Glen Bell, our architect...are to be highly congratulated for what has been accomplished here. Thanks also to the other Holding Corporation Board Members - Rob Ogden, Rich Oswald, Greg Yoder, Robert Dreyfuss, Rick Murphy and Danny Ellebrecht. Also, I just wanted to mention Josh Flaherty and Matt Joy. These guys were there at the beginning of this crazy idea.

So, now you all can do your part. Come out to the Dedication Ceremony for the new house on Sunday, August 19th. That is two weeks from tomorrow. Be a part of Sigma Nu history. Send your RSVP to Rich Oswald at [email protected]. See you there!
