Center for Occupational and Environmental Health - COEH The COEH and its faculty have a mandate to respond to environmental and occupational health issues that impact the residents of California.

Created in the late 1970s by the California legislature, the COEH and its faculty have a mandate to respond to environmental and occupational health issues that impact the residents of California. The COEH also provides students with training and opportunities for research in environmental and occupational health including environmental health sciences, epidemiology, nursing and medicine.

To be eligible, you must be 18+ years old and have lived in an evacuation zone (mandatory or warning) during the Palisades or Eaton fires.

As California swelters, the governor signed a package of bills aimed at protecting the state from extreme heat.
