Staying at Bruin Shelter
If you are a UCLA or SMC student experiencing homelessness and are between the ages of 18-24, join us at Bruin Shelter. We’re run entirely by UCLA students, who aim to provide a safe and supportive space for anyone in need starting Fall Quarter 2016.
Our place is open from 8pm until 7am each day of the week. Beds with individual storage lockers are available for each resident. Communal dinner is held at 8:30pm, and breakfast items can be grabbed to go. Flash Passes are available, and we’re right on a Big Blue Bus line. UCLA med students are available to help with medical/dental/vision co-pays, along with a comprehensive network of on-campus resources.
If you are interested in staying at Bruin Shelter please fill out the resident application by clicking the link at the top of the page. If you have any questions email us at [email protected]
