Join us for the next National Diversity in Libraries Conference (NDLC ’16), to be held August 10–13, 2016, on the UCLA campus. The theme of this year’s conference, co-sponsored by ARL and the UCLA Library, is “Bridges to Inclusion.”

The NDLC aims to foster awareness and appreciation of workplace diversity issues through the exploration of exemplary practice, contemporary theory, thought leadershi

p, and strategy development for all those in the library, archives, and museum sectors. NDLC ’16 will provide an opportunity for professionals at every level and across sectors to discuss how increasing workplace diversity and creating an inclusive workplace environment improves organizational effectiveness, creativity, adaptability, and relevance to the communities served by the organization.
