Annenberg Digital Lounge Welcome to our new digital makespace in Wallis Annenberg Hall, where students can create, experiment The Digital Lounge is run by the Creative Media Team.

This newly-launched team is here to help shepherd the Annenberg community into its new digital era, where students work on their own devices, collaborate in our new modular spaces, and learn to experiment and play with the digital tools they have received as part of the 21st Century Literacies Initiative. Through workshops, helpdesk support and open office hours, we aim to promote a digital DIY cu

lture that empowers students to create and learn, regardless of their background or prior experience. From audio to video, to interactivity and the web, we want to make these tools approachable and fun for all.

Have you downloaded the Adobe Creative Cloud yet? As an Annenberg student, you are eligible to receive the entire Creative suite for FREE. This includes Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and more! All you have to do is accept the Adobe invitation sent to your USC email at the beginning of the semester. Further instructions for installing the Creative Cloud can be found on the Annenberg Digital Lounge Site. In addition, follow us on Twitter and Instagram() or like us on Facebook (Facebook.com/AnnenbergDL) for news regarding our workshops and events. We offer Adobe Certification courses, Adobe workshops, and even some fun hands-on arts and crafts workshops. If you have any questions related to the Creative Cloud or the Digital Lounge, feel free to visit our Media Support Specialists at the help desk in ANN 301.

Calling all artists at USC! To celebrate a thousand followers on Instagram, we're launching a contest for a logo takeover on our social media for a month. 🥳

RULES:
- You can use AI for inspiration, but no AI is allowed for - the creation of the logo
- File must be SVG format
- Must include DL or Digital Lounge in design
- Must be a current USC student

TIMELINE:
- 3/23-4/3: Submissions open
- 4/6-4/10: Voting
- 4/13: Winner announced
- 4/13-5/15: Logo displayed on social media
