During Israel Week at UCLA, our students and Israel Fellow wrote and performed an original song based on messages from a fallen soldier to her family. In the middle of a busy campus, our Jewish Bruins created a space for solemn remembrance, deep connection, and raw talent.

Israel Week wasn't just about one event—it was about the full spectrum of our identity. From the Tel Aviv energy of our Yom HaAtzmaut "Shuk" to hearing the firsthand story of former hostage Omer Shem Tov, Hillel is where students come to lead with pride and think critically.
