On January 1, 2015, Mount St. Mary's College became Mount Saint Mary's University. The university archives holds selected records from administrative, academic, social and cultural sources at the Chalon and Doheny Campuses. Record series date from the foundation of the university to the present. In addition to textual records, archival series include photographs, flyers, clippings, scrapbooks, yea

rbooks, programs and catalogues in both analog and digital forms. Along with this primary source material there are histories of the university and its founders, the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet.

The Mount Saint Mary's University Archives is located in the Charles Willard Coe Memorial Library on the Chalon Campus. Housed with the college's Special Collections, the archives occupy the Frank H. Spearman Room on the first floor.
