USC News: Dr. Parveen Parmar, an expert in refugee health care. Dr. Parmar sometimes guest lectures in MEDS-220 and MEDS-315 and gives students an eye-opening look into refugees from a physician's perspective.

Through interviews with Rohingya refugees who fled Myanmar, USC emergency physician Parveen Parmar has documented brutal human rights abuses.
