Degree in Biological Sciences, Amy Palian's journey into the world of education and pedagogy began leading her into the position of a secondary science instructor. Amy further pursued her Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from California State University, Northridge in 2006. Although Amy's personal passion was in education and working with children, her professional passion lead her into inte
rior design and staging hence introducing Amy to the world of Real Estate. Amy’s career in property management began in 2002 when she purchased and managed her own four-unit residential property in Pasadena, CA. In 2007, Amy expanded her property management services to owner-managed properties as an assistant manager and bookkeeper. Up to this day, Amy has managed 400+ units/single family homes. Not only has she mastered property management, maintenance, business management, staging, interior design, customer service and extraordinary communication skills, she has also become an expert in real estate investments, market analyses and negotiations. Amy loves challenges in life because overcoming them teaches her how to become a better and stronger individual assisting her in properly helping others.
