*May use any small pasta like shells, rotini, or fusilli.
**May use pepper jack, gruyere, or a combination of cheeses.
Optional: 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs. 1/2 Tbsp butter.”

[Image 4] Large font: “Directions.” Smaller font: “1. Place pasta in saucepan. Add just enough cold water to cover and a pinch of salt. 2. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently. Stir until all water is absorbed, ~6 minutes. 3. Add evaporated milk and bring to a boil. Add cheese. Reduce heat to low. 4. Continue stirring until cheese is melted and liquid is reduced to a creamy sauce, ~2 minutes. Add salt to taste. 5. If desired, melt butter in a small saucepan and add breadcrumbs. Toast mixture until brown, ~3 minutes. 6. Serve in 2 bowls; top with breadcrumbs.”
