UCLA Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) are offering these LGBTQ focused groups for the Spring Quarter!

Gender Identity Spectrum Group: This group is for students who are seeking a safe space to receive support, foster community, and explore their gender identity. Students who identify as transgender, non-binary, gender fluid, genderq***r, and gender nonconforming are all welcome! The group is open to both SHIP and NON-SHIP students. Undergraduate and graduate students are welcome.

Thriving with Pride Group: For students who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community. A supportive group for exploring identities, increasing awareness of needs, connecting with community, and gaining support, while learning about and coping with q***r issues.

LGBTQ Peer Allyship Trainings are designed to provide students with foundational concepts on LGBTQ+ identity in a supportive learning environment led by their peers. Delve into LGBTQ+ terminology, the importance of continued post-training education, how to recognize stereotypes, privileges, intersectional identities, and more! What are your go-to recipes for easy meals on a budget? Submit your favorites to our poll- we’re putting together a collection of community recipes for anyone who might need them. Let us know by February 28th via https://forms.gle/4H6cw2cQ9y4Vqzwn6

FOR YOUR RECIPES:

1. Should be low cost (between $5-10 to make, preferably closer to $5)
2. Accessible ingredients (nothing super expensive or difficult to find)
3. Able to be made in batches, for a group of people or to have leftovers!
4. Filling and hearty meals are preferred
