We're extremely excited to announce our grade report from last semester! We had an average GPA of 3.283, which was good enough to finish 2nd among all fraternities. Half of our brothers were named to the Dean's list, or a 3.5 GPA or higher. We had 10 brothers get a 4.0. And lastly, we had 75% of our chapter have higher GPAs than the average for males at the University of Louisville. We are very happy with all of the hard work and dedication that everyone put in and we look forward to improving next semester!

For the last 18+ hours, we danced. We danced for all of the kids who might not get the chance to dance. We danced for the kids who want nothing more than to dance with us. We danced for our family members, our friends, our loved ones, and anyone else affected by cancer. So unbelievably proud of all of the SigEps who chose to give up their Friday night and Saturday morning to dance for Cancer. UofL raiseRed ended up surpassing our Goal and raising $459,402.50!!

We are very pleased to announce that we won some awards at this years FSL awards banquet! We won the Fraternity Outstanding Member Development Award and the GPA Above All Men's Average for Spring and Fall 2016. One of our new members, Trent Porter, won Fraternity New Member of the Year and Ryan Long won Co-Fraternity Chapter President of The Year! We are extremely humbled and excited about these awards.

SigEp and Kappa Delta recognize the need to advance the conversation about sexual assault prevention on college campuses. As fraternity brothers and sorority sisters, we can work to make a difference on our campuses—and we start by doing what we said we would do—living our oath. It is our turn to actively engage in this call to action and do our part to end college sexual assaults. It all begins with YOU. Join us in the Student Activities Center on Tuesday to support the cause & take your oath! Together we can make a difference!

This past rush has been a very successful one. We are extremely happy to announce that earlier this semester, we gave out 8 bids and all 8 accepted. We are very excited to see where this great group of guys takes us as a chapter and where they all go as individuals. They all averaged a 3.475 GPA during their first semester of college. Everyone welcome these 8 young men to the best brotherhood anyone can join!

This past weekend, some of our members enjoyed the SigEp Carlson Leadership Academy or CLA. We had a wonderful weekend learning much more about not only our chapter and our fraternity, but ourselves. We are also very pleased to announce we won the Excelsior Award for Volunteers, Donald C. McCleary Excellence in Member Development Award, and Our very own, Brad Hoffman, won the very impressive and exclusive Tragos award.
