Field Leadership Exercise (FLX)

Det 345 cadets had the opportunity to learn and enhance critical skills including land navigation, combat care, 9-line procedures, and IED/UXO identification and removal. The exercise was conducted alongside several other detachments from the Northeast region at Fort Devens. It was a challenging and rewarding experience for everyone involved, and everyone had a great time.

Meet your Det 345 Flight Trainers for Spring ‘25! ✈️

Flight trainers play a crucial role in the success of our cadets, guiding them through every step of their initial development years.
They ensure cadets are well-prepared for Field Training, mastering drill, customs and courtesies, discipline, teamwork, and more.

P.S. If you see them around the DET, be sure to thank them for their hard work!
