This is one of the two new to us, control cabinets we will have in our new robotic cell at the campus. The students did a great job of organizing the cabinet. This cabinet will operate on 24-volt control voltage when the cell is fully operational.

My wife (elementary school teacher) is using the virtual welding machine along with the two boys, 3rd and 4th grade. It quickly turned into a competition. This machine will give our students at Robeson Community College the ability to develop muscle memory of welding without the excessive waste of consumable materials associated with learning how to weld. Our VRTEX Engage unit will allow instructors develop a class within the unit so students can practice at will when available. The instructor can then look at the student profile and see how much materials and logged time the student has spent practicing. We have recently received new equipment to offer our students the chance to obtain a FESTO certification. These are industry credentials that are desired in the field.
