Hey folks! Just letting all the Got-to-get-outside peeps that we'll be starting Disc Golf rounds today at 12:30. Come and throw some plastic, remember that birds sing and laugh with some friends as we all work our way to graduation! See you at hole #1!

Good morning folks! Just a heads up to biker, Disc Golf players, walkers and runners on the LSC campus - there is a logging operation underway in the Mortal Combat woods (the pine plantation on the Presidents Hill where holes 13 and 14 live) so please refrain from playing in there for the time being. I will shout out the all clear when I get a better handle on how long this operation will take. Thanks!

What a great tournament this past Saturday!! Drew Fischer rocked it as TD and the weather held off just long enough for us to get in all the games we needed! Thanks, everyone, for turning up in our neck of the woods and have a great throw! See you next year!!

Burke View Open disc golf tournament is kicking off on October 8th, crew! That means all you mean plastic throwers out there should get yourself ready to rock and roll!! Registration begins at 8am in the Faculty/Staff parking lot below the baseball field!! Great times and amazing players!!

Howdy Folks! We are headed into the summer hours and the DG course is getting an amazing workover. A big project that we are hoping to complete in the next few weeks is to build a bridge and stair case at hole #4 to eliminate the run up the embankment and subsequent erosion. As many of you know, the LSC course is a free public course but it could still use some help every now and then from the community we serve. If you are interested in donating to the Hole 4 Fund, we would greatly appreciate it! Donations can be sent to:

It's funny to see so many hits on the LSC DG page lately - has something gone wrong with winter? Is there no snow to be had ANYWHERE and have we managed to burn through mud season in March?!

Could be that the course will be ready for players soon! Stay tuned!

Wow,

It certainly has been a while since there has been any posting here on the DG page but I thought I would let you all know that we are starting up a league night on Wednesday night. 5pm we'll be meeting behind Rita Bole at hole #1, see who shows up and take it from there. I know that there are a lot of throwers out there looking for some peeps to play with and this is a good way to manage that. Come one come all!! See you tomorrow night (July 2) at 5pm!

Looks like a pick-up game is happening tomorrow morning at 10am. Come on out to hole #1 behind the Rita Bole Residence Hall and dust off your arms! I know I'll be trying mine out after a long winter! Look for no rain, too!!
