Another Contenders graduate has been placed at a Village Missions field! Mike & Jeannie Gerhardt discovered CDI and took the classes through Monitor Bible Church in northwest Oregon. They were mentored by Village Missionaries Tim & Barb Douglass.

The Gerhardt family has arrived in Greenacres, OR. Their first Sunday at Greenacres Community Church is August 15th. Please pray for the Gerhardts as they begin their ministry in this community.

The CDI is a tuition free ministry training program that combines video courses with mentoring by local pastors and others who are in active ministry.

The tuition free Contenders Bible School of Machias Community Church started in 1995. In 2014 it went online as the Contenders Discipleship Initiative and now offers the same tuition free education.
