Western Illinois SHRM Chapter #5077 WIU SHRM meets the first Wednesday of every month in Stipes Hall, Room 225 @ 5:00 PM November 13th: DOT FOODS TOUR! (depart) and roughly 5:00 p.m (return).

Upcoming Events:

November 5th: Chapter Meeting: Guest speaker will be Lisa Irish. Lisa is a Recruiter for NTN-Bower and will be discussing HR at NTN-Bower, her role as a recruiter, and answering questions about HR in general. The event will be between the hours of 12:00 p.m. The tour will be of the DOT Foods facilities in Mt. Sterling, IL. Students will have the opportunity to speak with seve

ral HR professionals employed at DOT Foods. People wishing to attend this trip may contact the SHRM President T.J. Manns. December 3rd: Chapter Meeting: Guest speakers will be Kiona Pryor and Gina Ruffcorn. Kiona is the IL Recruiter at DOT Foods and Gina Ruffcorn is the HR Manager. They will be discussing what their work entails, HR at DOT Foods, and possible Internship/Career opportunities at DOT Foods.
