Edgewood College Computing & Information Sciences Dept. The Computing & Information Sciences Department at Edgewood College prepares students for success in a fast-growing and ever-changing world.

The Computer Information Systems track at Edgewood College includes classes that provide an opportunity for students to learn core concepts of computing, information systems development, programming, database development, operating systems, networking and web development. CIS majors receive an up-to-date education in the world of computing and, when they graduate, use their degree in a wide variet

y of careers in the IT profession. When combined with a degree in Business, Computer Information Systems students learn to apply their knowledge of information systems, web sites and programming in the business environment. For working adults, the CIS Department offers an accelerated degree program, Returning Adult Accelerated Degree (RAAD).
