Alumna Carina Nixon (JD '17) has joined CHILD USA as a staff attorney. CHILD USA is the national think tank for child protection. Nixon commented, "My passion for CHILD USA's mission to protect children from abuse blossomed at Pepperdine, where I wrote a Law Review article discussing the constitutionality of juvenile solitary confinement. Working for children's rights has been a career goal of mine, and I can't think of a better way to use my legal degree."
