KCARE works collaboratively with stakeholders to build bridges and create partnerships among faculty at Kansas State University, researchers and specialists working for K-State Research and Extension, industry experts, landowners and farmers, state agencies, and more. These partnerships enhance research, extension, and teaching activities pertaining to agriculture-related environmental issues. Our

projects examine water management issues, water quality, prairie ecosystem maintenance, fertilizer research and more.
