What color are you? 🍊🟢🔵🟡

MAB students added a little color and plenty of fun to campus session yesterday with Deborah Kohl presenting Real Colors, an interactive personality and temperament assessment.

Students explored their own strengths, communication styles and preferences while learning how other “colors” may approach situations differently.

The takeaway? Understanding yourself is important. Understanding how to communicate and work effectively with people who think differently is an essential leadership skill.

And judging by these photos, learning about each other can be pretty fun, too! 😊

Yesterday’s MAB Campus Session lesson: How successful innovative organizations look beyond the visible demand.💡

Guest speaker Kathy Gross, Ph.D., joined our students during campus session to explore four levels of innovation — incremental, adjacent, breakthrough and transformative — and what each can mean for a business.

Kathy brought plenty of real-world perspective to the conversation. During more than 30 years with Hill’s Pet Nutrition, she helped drive the development and commercialization of innovative companion animal products, became an inventor on multiple patents and contributed extensively to animal health research.

It's exactly the kind of industry perspective we value during MAB campus sessions: connecting business concepts to the decisions, opportunities and challenges professionals encounter in their careers.
