KSU Horticulture Club

KSU Horticulture Club The KSU Horticulture Club within the Department of Horticulture and Natural Resources is the longest continuously running club at Kansas State.

Open to all students with a passion for horticulture and professional development. Horticulture Club is an organization of the Kansas State University College of Agriculture. We meet every other Tuesday in Throckmorton 2024, at 6pm. Everyone, even non-Horticulture majors, may come. We host guest speakers from all aspects of the horticultural industry at each meeting. We participate in K-State Open

House by providing a wide variety of horticulture skills to the general public, for free. As a club, we volunteer our time for service to the community in various ways. We host multiple fund raisers for the club that include a Mums sale each fall, a Bedding Plant Sale each spring, a Rose Sale on Valentine's Day and more! This Saturday is our bedding plant sale along with the National Collegiate Landscape Contracting team. We will be in the K-State Gardens from 9 am to 3 pm during K-State's Open House.

We have a variety of annuals and houseplants to choose from and we accept cash, check, and card. We hope to see you there!

The NCLC team placed 6th out of 56 teams this year! Wonderful job to everyone on the team! We had a few top 3 placements and everyone did an awesome job. The team is now headed on a 12 hour drive back to Manhattan 💜
