At the Flint Hills Publications Workshop, our aim is for you to take home a plan of attack. After this workshop you should feel excited to get the year started off right. You’ll have the tools you’ll need to motivate your staff, take better photos, write better stories and design better publications. We also want to provide a platform for you to start producing your publication over the summer. If
you are a yearbook staff, arrive with ideas and leave with a fully developed theme, cover design, opening and inside spread design and all ready for finishing touches once you’re back in school. If you work on a newspaper staff, imagine a redesign that will catch the attention of your entire school and have it finished before you even step back on campus.
