Our college welcomes Dr. Cynthia Warrick as our new interim dean. Dr. Warrick has extensive experience guiding higher education institutions through challenging transitions.

Get to know K-State's new Director of Bands, Dr. Alex Wimmer!

Did you know that he is from Nebraska and earned his master's and PhD from K-State? Did you know he fell in love with band in 8th grade and started thinking of teaching it when he was in high school?

"You’re teaching music, but you’re also teaching human beings to become better people. Music becomes the vehicle to better the world."
