Yesterday on the last day of April and Poetry Month, we had our Poetry Competition Winners announced at Memorial Library. The winners received their prize and recited their lovely poems. Congratulations to third places Casey Westphal and Nolan Widmer, second place Jacob Butlett, and first place Ella Potocnik! Thank you to everyone who submitted their poems. It was so much fun to share poetry and connect with other poets. Keep writing and see you again next year! 📝✍🏾🏆
