Get to know February's Star Alumni...Miranda Hopp!

Miranda Hopp made a name for herself in our program by obtaining as much experience as possible, which lead her to current full time position with ISOC Racing as a Marketing Communications Specialist. When asked about her current position, she said, “one thing that I have learned about my career position is that there is no such thing as a typical day. My day ranges from coordinating meal crews, organizing storage facilities, developing data mining strategies, and proposing social media topics”. Hopp says that her job keeps her on her toes, ultimately challenges her abilities, and allows her to find personal success within herself. Hopp states that the best advice she has received is: “Find a profession in what you love, not only because you will never work a day in your life, but also because you will work harder, be more creative, which will ultimately lead you to excel within the industry”. We are very proud to call Miranda Hopp an alumnus of our Sport Management program and wish her the best in her future endeavors.
