What a great time celebrating Pi(e) Day with AFC! We had an incredible 19 pies to enjoy—plenty of sweet treats to go around. 😋
We also took the opportunity to celebrate Mrs. Debbie Bragg and wish her well on her retirement

With 8 delicious soups to sample and a dessert table that was hard to resist, there was something for everyone. Even better than the food was the laughter, conversation, and time spent together.

Nothing beats starting the holiday season with good food, great people, and a whole lot of laughter!

This morning we gathered in the cafeteria for our annual Chipola Christmas Breakfast, and as always, it did not disappoint. AFC hosted another amazing Cake Auction — and let’s just say things got a little heated between Dennis and the Cosmetology girls! 😂

After some lively bidding battles, we raised over $500 that will go towards scholarships. Thank you to everyone who baked, bid, laughed, and made the morning so special.

The Chipola College Chapter of the Association of Florida Colleges recently awarded scholarships to children of college employees. Scholarship recipients are pictured with their sponsors, from left: Dakota Hamil & Sponsor: Lillie Hamil; Samuel Basford & Sponsor: Tiffany Basford; Sponsor: Sarieta Bryant (Not Pictured: Jayden Holmes); Lila Lewis & Sponsor: Sheila Mercer; Katelyn Young & Sponsor: Steve Young. Not Pictured: Torin Clark-Hussey & Sponsor: Amanda Clark. Since 1993, AFC has awarded over $175,000 to students through Chipola’s AFC Scholarship Endowment. Members raise funds through concession sales at college sports events.

That’s a wrap on an amazing year! Huge thanks to everyone who came out and made the Chipola End of Year Luncheon a sizzling success. From the BBQ plates to the laughter, stories, and memories shared—this event was the perfect way to celebrate all we've accomplished together.

Shoutout to our organizers, volunteers, and everyone who helped make this event successful! We’re grateful for this work community and can’t wait to see what next year brings.
